The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, based on the respective legal and constitutional provisions, is in charge of working with the President, under the direction of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, on the systematic formulation of foreign policy, in the direction of the country’s international relations and the safeguarding of its national sovereignty. It is the means by which the State makes all its dealings with foreign governments and institutions.
